Rent a car near Folly Beach

There's exactly one road onto Folly Beach, and the TG lot is on it. Folly Road runs from James Island over the Folly River and dead-ends at the ocean at Center Street. Our cars sit at 1471 Folly Road, so if you're headed to the Edge of America, pickup is literally on the way.

Staying in a beach house for the week without a car, or sharing one car between six people? Book online before you come, or from the porch when you realize one car isn't enough. The convertible earns its keep out here

The Volkswagen hardtop convertible is built for the Folly run: top down over the river at sunset, boards in the back seat, and it's one of the cheapest cars in the fleet. If you're hauling coolers, chairs, and a canopy for a crew, the seven-seat Range Rover swallows all of it.

Surf check at The Washout, dinner on Center Street, a walk out toward the Morris Island lighthouse at the northeast end. None of it needs a plan. That's the point of having your own keys.
