How booking works
If you've booked a car on Turo, you already know. If you haven't, here's the whole thing in plain terms.
Start on the fleet page and pick a car. Its button takes you to that car's booking page on our reservation system, where the calendar is live. Dates that show open are open, because the same calendar serves this site and our Turo listings and each booking blocks the other side out.
Pick your dates and the price builds itself in front of you: the daily rate, the refundable deposit, the booking fee, any options. The number you see at the bottom is the number your card gets charged. Rental rules sit on the same page, so the minimum age and the trip-length minimum are visible before you commit rather than printed on a jacket at a counter.
Pay online and you're booked. Confirmation and pickup details come by email. The cars live at 1471 Folly Road in Charleston, on James Island. Come get the keys when your rental starts, and bring your driver's license and the card you booked with.
That's it. No membership, no counter, no "let me check with my manager." If anything about your dates or plans needs a human answer before you book, call (843) 588-8326.
