Every booking runs through one calendar. When you pick dates on the booking page, the cars you see are the cars that are actually open for those dates. There's no spreadsheet a person checks later and no confirmation limbo. If the system lets you book it and pay, the car is yours for those dates.
Tony also lists some of the fleet on Turo, and those bookings feed the same calendar. When somebody books the Range Rover on Turo for the 15th through the 18th, those dates go dark on the booking page automatically. So a date showing open here is a date that's actually open.
It also explains a thing renters sometimes notice: a car that showed open on Tuesday is gone on Wednesday. Someone booked it, here or there. The fleet is small and specific, which is most of its charm, but it means the popular cars move. If your dates are fixed, book when you see the opening rather than circling back after dinner.
Once you book, those dates are yours. The calendar blocks the car the moment your payment goes through, and the confirmation lands in your email.
